Finger Food - Puff Pastry wrapped Sausage

Store-bought puff-pastry, cut into long triangle strips. Wrap around tiny sausages, start from the base end. Egg wash. Stick in pre-heated oven till turn golden. Then NomNom them~~

Salade Niçoise





Ingredients: 2 different types of lettuces, green beans, Kipfler potato, anchovies, cherry tomato, egg, fresh tuna steak, spanish onion.

Dressing: Lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar. Adjust to taste.

Plain Bagel






















Try this: late night, warm toasty bagel fresh out from the oven, cut in half, generous amount of butter, and drizzle honey on top. Serve with a glass of cold fresh milk. Yummmmm~~~

What makes a bagel bagel is the boiling process. Chuck the shaped dough in a pot of boiling water for about 1 minute, before sticking them in the pre-heated oven.
