Plain Bagel






















Try this: late night, warm toasty bagel fresh out from the oven, cut in half, generous amount of butter, and drizzle honey on top. Serve with a glass of cold fresh milk. Yummmmm~~~

What makes a bagel bagel is the boiling process. Chuck the shaped dough in a pot of boiling water for about 1 minute, before sticking them in the pre-heated oven.
