Stirfry Snowpea Sprout and Gailan

For Gailan or Choysum or any leafy vege with stems, if you are lazy to stirfry it, try this:
1. Blanch the vege in boiling water.
2. In a small bowl, mix whatever flavour you want, e.g. for a Yumcha style Gailan, mix 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2-3 drops of pure sesame oil, dilute with hot water. Adjust to taste.
3. Plate the vege, pour the sauce on top. Voila!

For a simple & healthy 100% oiless vege stirfry with garlic, try this:
1. Put 4-5 tablespoons of chicken stock or water in a wok/pan.
2. Put in diced/chopped garlic, let the garlic simmer for awhile.
3. Throw in the vege. Cover the wok/pan with a lid. Add more stock/water if necessary.
4. Add salt or sugar or both depends on the type of vege and taste.
5. Just prior to platting, add 2-3 drops of sesame oil for fragrance (skip if you don't like sesame oil).

Stuffed Egg

This is kinda pointless (though a highly entertaining process), but here are the steps:
1. Dig a small hole at the bottom of a raw egg.
2. Stuff whatever you want into the egg through the small hole.
3. Wrap the whole egg with cling wrap.
4. Steam in a steamer.
5. To efficiently peel a cooked egg, soak the steamed egg in cold water for awhile. The whatever stuff you put into the egg will be embedded in the egg.
