Baguette recipe is based loosely on http://www.famousfrenchdesserts.com/french-bread-baguette-recipes.html though I kinda blend step 1-5 into one step.
Tips on making baguette:
(1) Very high oven temperature.
(2) Leave a bowl of water in the oven for the first 10-15 min of baking, then take the water out, and continue baking.
Tomato and spanish onion salad is made by mixing all these together: truss tomato, spanish onion, white wine vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Adjust to taste.
Guacamole is made by mixing together: mashed avocado, fresh lemon juice, salt pepper. Adjust to taste.
