Pizza base recipe from http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/11084/basic+pizza
Made 2 large pizza, one deep-pan Supreme (bbq sauce base, capcicum, onion, sausage, mushroom, cheese, kalamatta olive, anchovies); one thin crispy dessert pizza (nutella, banana, strawberry). Amount of dough used for deep-pan and thin pizza are shown above. Dough are punctured with tiny holes with fork to allow even heat distribution in the oven. Tips: If there are heap of toppings, start with lower heat then increase the temperature; if there are not much toppings, 230 degree should do.
Last pic is my new toy: double-layered pizza pan - the one with holes is the crisper, to make pizza base more crispy. For deep-pan, only the bottom flat pan is used.
