Notes:- Garlic, use lots of garlic in the walnut mix and chicken.
- For coating, dip in flour, then egg, then bread crumb.
- Frying might takes awhile, to let it cook through. Oil temperature shouldn't be very high, otherwise the outside will be burnt before the inside is cooked through.
